By Andy McKeever, iBerkshires Staff
01:30AM / Tuesday, October 23, 2018

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — It seems like a pretty straightforward concept: someone sees a drug house in their neighborhood, they tell the police, and officers swoop in and make a big bust.   Lt.
