Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, February 27.

, 21, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on 20 counts of breaking and entering in the daytime, 19 counts of vandalize property and single counts of larceny from a building and larceny over $250.

Berry was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from a series of break in at a storage facility in Hinsdale between August 14, 2011 and August 15, 2011.

Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Tuesday, February 28.

James Thomas II, 25, of Clarksburg pleaded guilty to single counts of distribution of oxycodone and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

He was placed on two years probation. An additional count of drug violation in a school zone was dismissed by the state.

The incident occurred in North Adams on September 3, 2010.

Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Wednesday, February 29.

Stanley Kuklewicz, 39, of Millers Falls pleaded guilty to assault and battery.

He was sentenced to 47 days at the Berkshire County House of Correction. An additional count of reckless endangerment of a child was continued without a finding. Two counts of kidnapping were also continued for one year.

The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on May 1, 2011 and allegedly involved a 32-year-old woman and a 6-year-old girl.

Jeffrey Philpot Jr., 30, of North Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of larceny of a firearm and conspiracy to commit larceny of a firearm.

He was sentenced to serve concurrent two to four year sentences at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction. The charges stem from the theft of a hand gun in North Adams on June 14, 2011.

Single counts of illegal possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm with one prior violent crime were dismissed by the state.

Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Thursday, March 1.

Gregory Peltier, 27, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of armed robbery.

He was sentenced to two to three years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction. Peltier robbed a clerk at O'Connell's Convenience Plus on Tyler Street in Pittsfield on October 27, 2011.
