Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, September 18.
 
Logan Delisle, 20, of Pittsfield was found guilty of one count of rape and abuse of a child without force.
 
On Tuesday, he was sentenced to two years at the Berkshire County House of Correction. Delisle sexually assaulted a girl who was 15 at the time in Pittsfield on December 21, 2015. 
 
Delisle was found not guilty on two counts of rape and abuse of a child without force. 
 
Derrick Laforest, 34, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and intimidation of a witness.
 
He was sentenced to two and a half years at the Berkshire County House of Correction. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on January 21, 2016.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Tuesday, September 19.
 
Lionel Ortiz, 35, of Hartford, Conn. pleaded guilty to a single count of armed robbery.
 
He was ordered to serve three to four years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction. Ortiz took money from the clerk at Lipton Mart on South Street in Pittsfield on February 23, 2016.

Taequan Carter, 25, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, drug violation in a school zone, armed career felon, receiving stolen property over $250, illegal ownership of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, improper storage of a firearm, possession of heroin, and possession of psilocybin.
 
He was released on $1,000 bail. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on August 16, 2017.
 
Mark Ring, 55, of North Adams pleaded guilty to two counts of intimidation of a witness in connection with incidents on December 24, 2015 and February 7, 2016. He pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute relating to an arrest in North Adams on April 7, 2015.
 
He was ordered to serve 690 days, time served, in the Berkshire County House of Correction on the methamphetamine charge and placed on one-year probation on the other.
 
William Kearin, Jr., 33, of Lee had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of distribution of heroin - his second offense - and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $7,500 bail. The charges stem from the sale of heroin in Pittsfield on August 17, 2017.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Tuesday, September 26.
 
Cornell Griffin, 48, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute - his second offense - and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $250 bail. The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on June 26, 2017.
 
Ricardo Lozada, 39, of Adams was sentenced to serve nine to 10 years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on a single count of trafficking in heroin.
 
Lozada had pleaded guilty to the charge on July 6, 2017. The charge stemmed from the execution of a search warrant on Orchard Street in Adams on October 22, 2015.
 
Ryan Peterson, 27, of North Adams had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of mayhem, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, and assault with intent to murder.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charges stem from an incident in North Adams on August 24, 2017 and allegedly involved a 42-year-old man.
 
Michael Welch, 32, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of trafficking in heroin and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $1,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lenox on July 15, 2017.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Wednesday, September 27.
 
Adalberto Santana Jr., 45, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of distribution of cocaine - his second offense - and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,500 bail. The charges stem from the sale of cocaine in Pittsfield on August 17, 2017.
 
Ivy Rogers, 32, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on a single count of unarmed robbery in connection with an incident at East Street Video on August 16, 2017. 
 
She was ordered to be held at the Hampden County House of Correction on $500 bail.
 
Timothy Gill was found not guilty by reason of insanity on a murder charge.
 
He was sent to Bridgewater State Hospital for observation. Gill was accused of murdering his wife, 37-year-old Halena Irene Gill, whose body was found inside their Madison Avenue apartment on December 10, 2015. 
 
Bruce Daniels, 48, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. 
 
He was given a two-year suspended sentence and placed on one-year probation. Daniels sexually assaulted a boy who is not age 18 in Pittsfield between October 1, 2012 and October 31, 2012.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Friday, September 29.
 
Shane Harding, 28, of Marcy, N.Y. had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three counts of rape while being armed with a firearm, and a single count of kidnapping while being armed with a firearm.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 bail. Harding is accused of sexually assaulting a woman, who is now 28 years old, in Lanesborough on September 30, 2014.
 
Lynda Williamson, 36, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and possession of heroin.
 
She was given a one-year suspended sentence at the Hampden County House of Correction and placed on one-year probation. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at her Pittsfield home on March 4, 2016.
