CATA ARTISTS EXHIBIT
Lee, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Community Access to the Arts will exhibit a collection of paintings by people with disabilities at The Good Purpose Gallery in Lee through May 15, opening with an artist reception. The exhibit will feature work created by CATA Artists from Berkshire County Arc and Berkshire Family and Individual Resources in A.R.T. painting workshops. A.R.T. (Artistic Realization Technologies) is an adaptive painting technique developed by artist Tim Lefens. This innovative process allows individuals with significant physical disabilities to precisely execute their creative vision with the assistance of a tracker acting as the hands of the artist.

TALK ON ADIRONDACK PARK INVASIVE PLANT PROGRAM
North Adams, 7 p.m.
Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts’ Green Living Series will continue with “The Adirondack Park Invasive Plant Program: Leveraging Partnerships to Model Invasive Species Prevention and Management Success.” This presentation will be given by Brendan Quirion, program manager for the Terrestrial Invasive Species Project at the Adirondack Park Invasive Plant Program in Northville, N.Y. All of the lectures in this series are free and open to the public and will be held in the Feigenbaum Center for Science and Innovation, room 121.

'SISTER ACT'

Taconic Theatre presents "Sister Act," a musical comedy in the Taconic High School Auditorium, 96 Valentine Road. Tickets are $10 for general admission seating and can be purchased at the door or online.

'HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL'
Great Barrington, 7 p.m.
Monument Mountain Regional High School announces the student spring musical performances of "High School Musical." The actors will be accompanied by a pit orchestra comprised mostly of student musicians. Some of the most popular songs include “Start of Something New,” “Get’Cha Head in the Game” and “Stick to the Status Quo.” With a plot described as a modern adaptation of Romeo & Juliet, High School Musical is a story about two high school Juniors from rival cliques – Troy Bolton, captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez, a shy transfer student who excels in mathematics and science. Together, they audition for lead roles in their high school musical and, as a result, divide the school. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in advance at the front desk of Monument Mountain High School (9-3pm) or at the school the night of the performance.
