BALANCE: ESSENTIAL OILS AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Lenox, 5:30 p.m.
Presenters: Kay Judge CA and Erin Judge Attendees will learn about the use of Aromatherapy to support cognitive functions such as memory, focus, motivation and concentration as well as their use to manage stress, tension and to promote emotional balance. Participants will create a personal inhaler and a custom blend in a roller bottle. The class meets at the Lenox Community Center on 10/24/2018 at 5:30 pm. Registration is required and seating is limited. A materials fee of $30.00 will be collected The presenters are not essential oil distributors, Kay Judge is a certified Clinical Aromatherapist certified through Heart of Herbs Herbal School.
