PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Ashley Marie Benlien, 24, of Pittsfield passed away July 9, 2018, after a battle with addiction.

She was born on December 14, 1993, a daughter of James Benlien and the late Christine Marziello Benlien. Ashley attended Taconic High School, where she was a cheerleader. 

She worked as a customer service representative at Berkshire Bank. Ashley was a social butterfly. 

Ashley leaves behind her father, James Benlie of Pittsfield; her sister Amanda L. Benlien and her significant other, Kristen Killbary, of Pittsfield; her brother, Austin J. Benlien of Pittsfield; two daughters, Layla and Lina Benlien of Pittsfield; two sons,Chantz and Chandler Lynch of Oviedo, Fla.; her maternal grandparents, Francis and Beverly Marziello of Oviedo, Fla.; and her paternal grandmother Carol Benlien of Pittsfield. 

She was predeceased by her mother, Christine in 2011. 

Funeral notice: Calling hours for Ashley will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made in her name to Dery Funeral Home to help the family defray funeral costs.
