MONT-TREMBLANT, Quebec -- Two local junior skiers Sunday wrapped up a successful weekend at the Can-Am Under-14 event at Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort.   Tait Kline, who skis for Jiminy Peak, and Michael Mansfield-Allessio, who attends Pittsfield High and skis for Berkshire East, represented their respective clubs at the event, which drew more than 70 skiers from both sides of the border.   On Sunday, Mansfield placed 28th in the slalom competition with a two-run time of 1 minute, 41.33 seconds. PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Berkshire United High School Rugby Club is seeking new players for the 2017 season.   No experience is necessary. Berkshire United practices Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Osceola Park in Pittsfield.   Berkshire United has both high school girls and boys teams and needs 15 new players for the each team this spring.   Players must be in high school grades 9-12. Berkshire United High School Rugby Club has been comprised of players from Monument Mountain, Taconic, Pittsfield High, Mount Everett, Wahconah, Mount Greylock, Drury and Hoosac Valley.   Players from all Berkshire County schools are welcome.   Berkshire United

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- The Berkshire Baseball Academy at The Infield invites players ages 6 to 12 to a Spring Training Baseball Clinic over April vacation.   The clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., April 17 through 20 at Deming Park, 80 Meadow Lane.   The emphasis will be on position-specific training, team defense and game play under a competitive atmosphere. NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Two days of girls hockey action concluded Sunday afternoon with a victory for the home team.   But the Berkshire Blizzard was a winner in more ways than one.   “This is huge,” Blizzard coach Bill Rech said after the team wrapped up the inaugural Blizzard Bash at the Peter W.
