Well what can you say at least their trying. Id rather see more wind farm energy in new england. But I heard that kills the bat population due to pressures differentials crushing their lungs. Oh well can't win. Under budget that's quite amazing also.
Hmmmmm....$9,000,000 divided by 300 homes + 30 years. Hmmmm....50% of the year is under clouds in the Berkshires. Hmmmmm..... How much is the cost of maintenance and distribution? Hmmmm...What isd the life span of the equipment? Hmmmmm.....How much government money(MY money) has gone into this? I am not sure that is a wise use of MY MONEY!!
It is good to see sane minds not buying into this 'green' baloney. While China, India and Russia build hi-speed maglev trains, neclear power plants and reform their agricultural sector, we get propellers and solar panels. How do you run industry on solar panels or wind turbines? Oh...thats right - we don't have any.
One other note: The net gain/cost of this renewable energy - manufacture, erect, maintain, tear down and disposal of a wind mill - the net gain/cost is zero.
Neclear energy, which we have been told is bad, is necessary for an economic recovery. AND all the spent fuel is 97% recycleable. Do your homework.
