Little ones can explore the Aquarium and three Museum galleries. Each week features songs, stories, scavenger hunts, play time, and more. Check our weekly e-news for each week's theme. This program is geared towards children 18 months to 3 years. Older and younger siblings are always welcome.

Tour the dual American West exhibitions, National Geographic Greatest Photographs of the American West and Go West, with a trained Museum docent. Learn about the cowboy life, from the origins of the rodeo to the inventor of the Stetson cowboy hat.

Winner of the Grand Prix at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, The Wonders centers on an overcrowded, overworked family of beekeepers living in the Tuscan countryside. The household is disrupted by the arrival of a troubled teenage boy and a production crew recruiting locals to participate in a reality TV show. Both intrusions captivate the family's eldest daughter, Gelsomina, as she struggles to find her footing in the world.

Berkshire Theatre Group presents the 10th annual community production of Charles Dickens' classic tale, adapted by Eric Hill. Get into the holiday spirit with David Grover! A long time Berkshire County musical icon for kids, David Grover was Arlo Guthrie's lead guitarist before finding his calling, playing for kids. For 49 years, he has sung about respecting one another and the planet among other topics. Performing his brand of folk music everywhere from the White House to the Great Barrington Bandstand. With Emmy and Grammy nods, 17 children's albums.

WordXWord wraps up 2015 with a Story Slam with guest host James Burden. The event will include coffee, tea and seasonal sweets. Parents of younger children are advised that stories may include content more appropriate for mature audiences. Anyone with a "strange holiday" story is invited to register for one of the storytelling spots.

The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires' Connecting with Community series welcomes therapist Maggie Bittman, who will lead a group discussion about "The Process of Aging." This monthly program covers topics from "Should I remain in my home or downsize?" to "Aloneness" and "Staying active in your community." Suggestions for topics are welcomed.

The Pittsfield-based company will host a Pop-Up Holiday Café at the Museum, and will serve their specialty coffees, hot chocolate, and sweet and savory baked treats. A custom blend created for the Museum will be available by the cup and in 8 oz. bags for home preparation.

The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires' Connecting with Community series presents "Just Plain Folk" - American Music with Lee Rogers. Rogers will share his repertoire of folk songs and play some favorite and some lesser-known tunes. This classic American music will put everyone in a festive holiday mood.
