PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Berkshire County Arc has promoted Amy Robandt to director of family support and advocacy.

Robandt has been with the agency more than seven years and previously served as the director of Family Services. In her new role, she joins the agency’s Senior Management Team and will oversee Berkshire County Arc’s Advocacy and Family Support Services, which include the agency’s self-advocacy groups, Adult Family Care program, the Central and Southern Berkshire County Family Support Center, individualized support services and agency intakes and referrals.

“I am so happy to have this opportunity to continue supporting individuals and their families across Berkshire County in my role as director of family support and advocacy.
