PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Mark Pedrotti, the AVP digital marketing officer of Berkshire Bank, recently graduated from the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management held in June at the Emory Conference Center in Atlanta.

"The ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management gave me the opportunity to learn from the best in the field and to exchange information and ideas with my peers," Pedrotti said.

The only national school of its kind, the program provides marketers, managers and specialists with an intensive education under the guidance and direction of faculty advisors comprised of distinguished marketing and banking professionals. Students develop strategies to promote new products and receive a solid foundation in marketing principles and management practices.

"Mark is a key member of Berkshire Bank’s marketing team and his bank marketing training will help us better serve our community," said Elizabeth Mach, FVP Marketing Officer. "We are proud of his accomplishments and look forward to seeing his continued growth in the future."

Pedrotti began his career with Berkshire Bank as a college intern from Johnson & Wales University in 2006. He was offered permanent employment in 2008 as eMarketing and Website Admin and has continued to learn and grow within the marketing department, taking on new titles and increasing challenges as the years have progressed. He earned the title of AVP Digital Marketing Officer in 2015 and continues to cultivate his career by acquiring new knowledge and challenging himself in and out of the office each and every day.

In addition to Berkshire Bank, Mark is also engaged with his community. He is an active participant of the Berkshire International Film Festival, and has been since its inception. Passionate about film and the Berkshire region, he does his best to merge the two, spending much of his time immersed within the outdoor community, always with camera in hand.
