PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced the promotion of Mark Mancari to assistant vice president.
Mancari came to Greylock in 2004 and has been branch manager of the credit union's Elm Street location in Pittsfield since its opening in 2007.
"Mark has been a valuable resource for Greylock and has consistently demonstrated his leadership and commitment to Greylock and our members," said Peter Mirante, Greylock Federal SVP/branch administration. "He has shown a willingness to take on additional responsibilities such as overseeing our General Dynamics location, creating a member onboarding program, and always exhibiting the flexibility to manage whatever branch needs his expertise and experience. We congratulate Mark on this well-deserved promotion."
After joining Greylock in 2004, Mancari was promoted to member service representative. In 2006, he successfully opened the credit Union's Williamstown branch, where he served as branch manager. He was called on to open the new Elm Street branch in 2007, where he also served as branch manager.
He has an associate's degree in business administration from Berkshire Community College and serves as a board member for the Berkshire County Chapter of the Cooperative Credit Union Association. Mancari and his wife reside in Pittsfield.
