WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Ashley Daugherty has been named the new food and beverage manager at Gala Restaurant.
With a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience, Daugherty brings a wealth of hospitality knowledge to the position.
"We're thrilled to welcome Ashley to the Gala team and believe her considerable knowledge will be a huge benefit to the restaurant," said Janell LaFleche, general manager and director of dales for Orchards Hotel.
Daugherty began her hospitality career as a hostess while she was attending Southern Vermont College in Bennington, Vt., the institution from which she graduated. She has worked in the Williamstown area for the past 15 years, holding positions at Purple Pub and Hops and Vines.
