DUDLEY, Mass. -- A busy competition season for the Wahconah High cheerleading team continued with a state championship on Sunday at Shepherd Hill Regional High School.
After earlier this winter competing at a second straight national championships in Orlando, Wahconah Sunday came out on top in the Game Day division at the state meet for the second year in a row.
Also on Sunday, the Pittsfield Generals won the West Division 3 championship at a competition in North Reading.
Massachusetts cheer competitions are held under the auspices of the Massachusetts School Administrators’ Association.
