PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Greylock's Human Resources representative Nicole Mancivalano has earned a certificate in Professional Human Resources (PHR).
Achieving a PHR designation shows that Mancivalano has demonstrated skills and knowledge in areas of human resources, such as employee relations, labor law, business strategy and management, policy and program implementation, risk management and compliance, human resources development, strategic and tactical planning, and compensation and benefits.
"The PHR certification confirms what we already knew," said senior vice president of human resources Rebecca Riordan. "Nicole is a highly skilled professional and a valued member of the Greylock team."
Mancivalano joined Greylock in 2016. She is a graduate of Wahconah Regional High School and holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She also volunteers as a 1Berkshire Ambassador and a Dulye Leadership Experience event coordinator.
