Academy Award-winning director Paolo Sorrentino depicts the life and times of scandal-plagued Silvio Berlusconi in Loro. The film dissects the personality and motivations of the billionaire and former Prime Minister during a tumultuous period in his career, as his marriage to his second wife fractures. The film speculates what may or may not have taken place behind closed doors, a timely commentary on the excesses and follies of the power-hungry.
