LENOX, Mass. — Lenox Memorial High School valedictorian Piper Maxymillian said the class of 2022 has star power.

"That intangible quality we have when we are our best selves and when we help others be their best selves. The positive force that lives inside us all," she said. "I can safely say, class of 2022, that we have star power. From our 33 seniors graduating summa cum laude, to the involvement of Active Minds, we have all worked to better our school."

Maxymillian and the 65 other members of the class of 2022 were honored at the school's graduation at Tanglewood.

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Berkshire County Arc, along with BCArc's Down Syndrome Family Group, has awarded $7,000 in scholarship funding to five recent Berkshire County high school graduates who will be pursing undergraduate education in the field of human services.    This year's recipients include:   Quinn Walton (Wahconah Regional High School) is receiving the "Carol Craighead Memorial Scholarship Award" with a BCArc Down Syndrome Family Group Scholarship.  She is majoring in Engineering and will be attending Tufts University in Medford.   Lily Robb (Wahconah Regional High School) is majoring in Elementary Education and attending Merrimack

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — For the second year in a row, Pittsfield High School seniors gathered on the back lawn under the dome to bid farewell to that chapter of their lives.

Class President Kayden Lovallo acknowledged the eclectic nature of the 184-student class of 2022 that shared an overarching value: pride for their school.
