Central Berkshire School Committee Appoints Dalton Representative

DALTON, Mass.  — Central Berkshire Regional School Committee appointed its newest member, Sara Tucker, during its meeting last week.    Tucker will be serving as the committee's Dalton representative taking the place of the town's former representative Nicole Tucker. Although Sara and Nicole share a last name they have no relation.    Nicole Tucker decided to leave her seat early, which caused a vacancy on the committee that needed to be filled. BCC Prepares Students for New FAFSA Form

PHS Students Showing Love With Art Show and Fundraiser

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Pittsfield High School students are spreading the love with an art show and fundraiser before Valentine's Day.

The "For the Love of Art" exhibit will debut at the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts on Friday, Feb. 2, from 5 to 7 p.m., showcasing students' midway senior portfolios, drawings and paintings, photography, and ceramic works. The show will stay up for one week.

It is the artists' way of showing their passions while helping others.
