Anthony William Nicholls Jr., 3 months, died Wednesday at home.
Born in Pittsfield on Aug. 6, 2001, he was the son of Anthony W. Nicholls Sr. and Sarah A. Morrell.
Besides his parents of Pittsfield, he leaves a brother, Brian Morrell, and a sister, Katie Benson, both of Pittsfield; his paternal grandmother, Barbara Nicholls of Pittsfield, and his paternal grandfather, Adolph Rosier of Virginia. He is also survived by his aunt, Tina Mayotte, and uncle, Mark Nicholls, and several cousins. He was predeceased by an uncle, Charles W. Nicholls Jr.
The funeral will be conducted tomorrow, Nov. 14, at 1 from DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, by the Rev. Geoffrey Deeker, CSS, pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Pittsfield, and Sister Kathryn Flanagan, SSJ. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from noon until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Tina Mayotte through the funeral home.
