Clarke H. Gray Sr., beloved husband and father, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, at his home in Port St. John, Fla. A memorial service will take place Friday, Dec. 21, at 9 a.m. at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 885 Holmes Road, Pittsfield. Memorial donations may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires or to the American Heart Association. He leaves his wife, Daisy; a son, Robert T. Gray; a daughter, Melba E. McKim; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law, Betty Richardson of Port St. Lucie, Fla. A grandson, Michael D. Gray, died Sept. 28, 1999. He and his wife shared the same birthdate, and this year would have celebrated their birthdays together on Dec. 20 for the 65th time.
