PITTSFIELD, Mass. —  

Norman J. Huffstater, Jr., 69 of Pittsfield, passed away June 5, 2025 at Berkshire Medical Center.

Born in Pittsfield on April 16, 1956, he was the son of Rose "Dolly" Pugliese Huffstater and Norman J. Huffstater, Sr.

He was educated in Pittsfield schools and was a carpenter for Quality Kitchen and Bath. He had a love for collecting die cast corvettes, joyriding in his corvette to car shows and making memories with his family.

His wife the former Robin Scott Huffstater predeceased him on May 26, 2007.

Mr. Huffstater is survived by his three children, Joseph L. Pierce (Jessica) of Adams, Jason M. Huffstater (Patrina) of Adams, and Jessicca L. Huffstater of North Adams. 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and his sisters, Linda Ellsworth of Peru, Diane Huffstater of Becket and Carol Jette of Pittsfield.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 1 to 2 pm at Dery Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 2 pm. Donations may be made in his name to No Paws Left Behind in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201
