Donna Andrew, 63, of 12 Cedar St. died yesterday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Fulton, N.Y., on June 6, 1943, daughter of Paul A. and Margaret Johnson Hall, she moved to Pittsfield as a child and was a 1962 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Mrs. Andrew was employed by Berkshire Medical Center in the Jones unit as a nurse's aide , retiring because of disabilities resulting from a motor vehicle accident. Previously, she worked at the former St. Luke's Hospital.
She leaves her former husband, Howard Andrew; a son, Jeffrey H. Andrew of Pittsfield; a daughter, Deborah Newell of Lanesborough; a sister, Joan Iafolla of Medford; three grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Donna Andrew, who died Monday, July 24, 2006, will be conducted tomorrow at 2 at WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201, by the Rev. Dr. Peter Boehringer of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 1 to 2 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Andrew's memory to the American Lung Association of Western Mass., 393 Maple St., Springfield, MA 01105.
She also leaves three grandchildren, Jeffrey D., Christopher D. and Elizabeth A. Newell, and a great-granddaughter, Alexandria Nicole.
