Garrett J. Bellora, 11, of North Dartmouth, died Saturday at Children's Hospital Boston following a lengthy illness.
He was the grandson of Richard and Judith Bellora of Pittsfield.
Born in Morristown, N.J., on April 20, 1995, son of Jeffrey J. and Alyson J. Foxworth Bellora, he resided in North Dartmouth for the past several years.
He attended Joseph DeMello Elementary School and St. Mary's Church in Dartmouth.
Besides his parents and his paternal grandparents, he leaves three brothers, Matthew J., Alexander M. and Nolan J. Bellora, all of North Dartmouth, and his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Jean Hannon of Dartmouth.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Garrett J. Bellora, who died Saturday, July 29, 2006, will be held Saturday, Aug. 5, at 8 a.m. from WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at "DARTMOUTH," 230 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, followed by a funeral Mass at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 783 Dartmouth St., Dartmouth.
Relatives, friends and anyone touched by Garrett's story are invited. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Donations may be made to the Children's Hospital Boston in memory of Garrett Bellora, 300 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02115.
