George A. Brunelle

George A. Brunelle, 47, of 72 Kittredge Road died Thursday at Berkshire Medical Center.

He had been paralyzed since the age of 2 because of illness.

Born in Pittsfield on Sept. 27, 1958, son of Charles E. Brunelle and the late Myrtle Olmstead Brunelle, he attended the BAROCO school work program.

Mr. Brunelle was a member of Christian Assembly Church.

Beside his father, of Pittsfield, he leaves a brother; Kenneth A. Brunelle of Elmira, N.Y., and two sisters, Denise Sawtelle of Melbourne, Fla., and Charlene E. Brunelle of Pittsfield.

FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for George A. Brunelle, who died Sept. 21, 2006, will be conducted Monday, Sept. 25, 2006, at 2 at WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME by the Rev. Joseph Nieves, pastor of Christian Assembly Church.

Burial will be in Pittsfield Cemetery. There will be an hour of visitation Monday from 1 until the service at 2. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of the funeral home, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.

He enjoyed stories and music, and loved people and the joy and laughter that comes with them.
