Mike T. Nolan

Mike T. Nolan, 49, of 46 Prospect St. died Saturday at home after a short illness. He was the owner of Tom's Cycle Center.

Born in Pittsfield on March 9, 1957, son of Thomas Nolan and the late Corinne Lambert Nolan, he attended local schools.

Mr. Nolan was employed by the Pittsfield Parks Department at the time of his death. Before that, he was employed by Hillcrest Commons nursing facility for two years in the maintenance department and by the former Beloit Jones as a welder for 15 years.

He was a communicant of St. Charles' Church and enjoyed four-wheeling and riding his Harley-Davidson Buell.

Besides his father, of Pittsfield, he leaves two sisters, Jean M. Bush of Pittsfield and Kathleen A. Harford of New River, Ariz., and a brother Nicholas T. Nolan of Pittsfield.

FUNERAL NOTICE -- Mr. Mike T. Nolan, 49, died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2006 in Pittsfield. Beloved brother-in-law to Henry J. Bush III and Robert C. Harford Sr., uncle to Robert C. Harford Jr., Corinne L. Harford and Matthew J. Bush. He also leaves his good friend Anna M. Forte and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be tomorrow, Sept. 26, at 8:30 from DWYER FUNERAL HOME, 776 North St., Pittsfield, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9:30 at St. Charles' Church celebrated by the Rev. Peter A. Gregory, pastor. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery at a later date.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be today from 4 to 7. If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Order of Franciscan Missionaries in care of the funeral home.
