Anna Elizabeth Connors, 92, formerly of 49 Ashley St., died Thursday at Providence Care Center of Lenox.
Born in Pawlet, Vt., on Nov. 14, 1914, daughter of Michael G. and Margaret McGrath Connors, she was a graduate of Granville (N.Y.) High School and the former Berkshire Business College.
Miss Connors was employed by General Electric Co. as a secretary in the ordnance systems division. She retired in 1980 with 36 years service.
She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and a member of the Wahconah Country Club. She enjoyed reading and bowling.
Miss Connors leaves two sisters, Alice Zecchin of Winsted, Conn., and Helen Leslie of Pittsfield.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Anna E. Connors, who died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2006, will be celebrated Saturday, Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church by the Rev. James K. Joyce, pastor.
Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Granville, N.Y. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Miss Connors may be made to Sacred Heart Church in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
Miss Connors was predeceased by two brothers, John and Joseph Connors, and a sister, Mary Connors. She leaves many nieces and nephews, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
