Sandra T. Drager

Sandra T. Drager, 69, of 595 Williams St. died Sunday at Berkshire Medical Center following a brief illness.

Born in Philadelphia on March 22, 1937, daughter of Dorothy Trimble Trudgeon and the late Leslie R. Trudgeon, she was a 1955 graduate of Havertown (Pa.) High School.

Mrs. Drager was a homemaker. Later, she became a Realtor and a partner in Signature Associates for more than 20 years, retiring in 2002.

She was a member of the South Congregational Church, where she was active with the church choir.

She was on the board of directors of the Berkshire County Board of Realtors and was the Realtor of the Year for Berkshire County in 1999.

A music lover, she was a past president of the Berkshire Concert Choir, with which she was active in choir activities and scheduling. She also volunteered at the Colonial Theatre, where she had been working to arrange a choir-singing event scheduled for May 2007.

She and her husband traveled extensively across the United States and abroad on concert tours.

She and her husband, Ronald W. Drager, were married May 10, 1958.

Besides her husband and her mother of Pittsfield, she leaves a daughter, Leslie Drager of Dalton; three sons, Stephen Drager of Pittsfield, Daniel Drager of Collegeville, Pa., and Mark Drager of West Chester, Pa.; two brothers, Richard Trudgeon of Narberth, Pa. and Thomas Trudgeon of Richboro, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.

FUNERAL NOTICE -- A memorial service for Sandra T. Drager, who died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006, will be held at South Congregational Church at a date to be announced.

There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Berkshire Concert Choir, care of the WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.

She also leaves her daughter Leslie's significant other, Richard Hall; two daughters-in-law, Jan Slosky and Cathleen Moscony; an aunt, Louise Arnao; and her greatest joy, her seven grandchildren, Casey, Sydney, Rebecca, Amanda, Deena, Kirsten, and Shane; a brother-in-law, Robert A. Drager; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Potter, and two brothers.
