Recollections & Sympathy For the Family
Post Comment
Dear Gram, well, in the end I guess I made a mess of things with the family. I only said what you told me. So much for "Killing the messenger, huh?" You were and are my Mother. You and Pa protected Cheri and I from severe abuse at the hands of "Her." I am eternally grateful to both you and Pa! My most precious memories are at your house with you and Pa. Let it be known that I am NOT the spawn of Pat and Jerry Kowalski, Sr. After Pa's death we talked often and at length about everything. You set my mind at ease and, finally, I learned to forgive "them," but the forgetting is not to come. I graduated from Yale University with another BS and two Master's Degrees. You know this because you were there - front and center. I miss you both so much it hurts. But soon enough it'll be my turn to cross over. Meet me half way? You promised :). Infinite love and gratitude, "Little Jerry". 561-504-4042
