Frances A. Mack, 83, of Hillcrest Commons, died there Saturday.
Born in Central Falls, R.I., on Nov. 8, 1923, daughter of Frank and Josephine Posneck Siatkowski, she moved to Adams as a child and graduated from the former Adams High School.
Mrs. Mack was a homemaker.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church and a member of Ralph Froio Senior Center.
Her husband, Robert Mack Sr., whom she married Aug. 15, 1942, at St. Stanislaus' Church in Adams, died Oct. 6, 1969.
She leaves seven daughters, Frances Mack of Tulsa, Okla., Barbara Rahilly and Alma Phillips, both of Pittsfield, Ann Lunsford of Houston, Kathy Meunier of Richmond, Va., Joan Mack of Cheshire and Carol Bayonne of Jacksonville, N.C.; five sons, Bernard Mack, Joseph Mack, Daniel Mack and James Mack, all of Pittsfield, and Albert Mack of Middle River, Md.; a sister, Josephine Reid of North Adams; 24 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
Another son, Robert Mack Jr., died Sept. 22, 1969.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Frances A. Siatkowski Mack, who died Saturday, May 26, 2007, will be held tomorrow at 8:15 a.m. from DWYER FUNERAL HOME, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church celebrated by Monsignor Michael Shershanovich, pastor.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be tonight from 4 to 7. If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to Hillcrest Commons, in care of the funeral home, 776 North St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
