Linda M. Roberts, 59, of 131 Stoddard Ave., died Tuesday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on July 8, 1947, daughter of Evelyn Dion Rheaume and the late Edmund Rheaume, she was a 1965 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
For the past six years, Mrs. Roberts had been employed by Climate Heating and Cooling as a secretary.
She enjoyed fishing and needlepoint.
She and her husband, Dale "Tom" Roberts, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary March 31.
Besides her husband and mother, of Pittsfield, she leaves a son, Thomas Roberts of Pittsfield, and a brother, Edmund J. Rheaume of Pittsfield.
Another son, Jason A. Roberts, died Nov. 7, 2000.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Mrs. Linda M. Roberts, 59, died in Pittsfield on Tuesday, June 12, 2007. Beloved sister-in-law to Bobbi Rheaume, John Roberts and Silvia Roberts. The funeral will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at DWYER FUNERAL HOME, 776 North St., Pittsfield, by the Rev. Peter A. Gregory, pastor of St. Charles' Church.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be today from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.
