Enjoy a dozen different art shows featuring work by more than two dozen accomplished regional and student artists in Pittsfield's bustling Upstreet Cultural District during the First Friday Artswalk and all month long!
In most venues, artists will be present from 5-8 p.m. A free guided tour begins at 5 p.m. at the Intermodal Center @ BRTA, 1 Columbus Ave.
As part of Pittsfield's 9th Annual 10x10 Upstreet Arts Festival, the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts will host a preview reception for its Ten Spot Sculpture Show from 5-8 p.m. A separate opening reception will be held on Thursday, Feb. 13 from 5-7 p.m. to help kick off the 10X10 Festival.

It's almost time for the 9th annual 10x10 Upstreet Arts Festival. There are 65 events happening in 20 venues over the course of the 10 days. From art to theatre to play to jazz to fireworks, there is truly something for everyone.

The 9th-annual mid-winter celebration honors 55 years of Grateful Dead music. Hosted by Rev Tor's Steal Your Peach Band, the night will feature Mark Mercier of Max Creek with appearances by Gina Coleman, Sarah Kohrs, Phil Simon, and Tom Corrigan. Patrons are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to be donated to a local food pantry. The Colonial Theatre, 8 p.m. $15 advance/$20 day of show.

Berkshire Museum commemorates the 80th anniversary of the first TV appearance of the cartoon favorites with Tom and Jerry Day!
Learn about the evolution of these eternal rivals, draw and animate the pair, and enjoy classic Tom and Jerry cartoons. 12-4 p.m.

The 10x10 New Play Festival at Barrington Stage's St. Germain Stage features ten 10-minute plays by ten playwrights, all performed by an ensemble of six actors. Every 10 minutes, a new play begins! (Thursdays - Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., plus Saturdays & Sundays at 3 p.m.)

Join Berkshire Running Center for the Frosted Mug Run #2 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Hosted by Patrick's Pub, the race is also a fundraiser for Jorja Flaherty and her family while they continue to fight cancer. The $30 pre-registration fee includes the 5K race, a buffet and a beverage from Boston Beer Works. A portion of the proceeds will be donated back by Patrick's and BRC! (Day of registration: $35).

The Love Yourself art exhibition opening will include visual art, music, dance, poetry, film and story in celebration of youth recovery and suicide prevention. The lineup includes a performance by the Berkshire Theatre Group Youth Chorus, live poetry, original song and dance, a screening of The Story of Indigo Phoenix, talks and more. FREE. 2 p.m.

Join the Berkshire Natural Resources Council for a Sunset StrolI along the floodplain forest at Fred Garner Park. Learn about conservation in the Berkshires, look for animal activity, and identify trees along the river. This event is free and open to the public and part of Pittsfield's 10×10 Festival! 4 p.m.
