|AdLib Inc. Center for Independent Living Appoints CEO|

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Berkshire's Center for Independent Living's Board of Directors is announced Marco Ingoglia as the new CEO of the organization.
An experienced business leader, Ingoglia was appointed the role of Chief Executive Officer in late February of 2022.
Ingoglia brings with him expertise in all facets of disability advocacy including, senior leadership experience in spearheading programs to support the on-going needs of Senior Living and people with
disabilities, child and family services, Behavioral Health, Congregate Living, Youth Transition, Supported Employment and Affordable Housing, according to a press release.
"Ingoglia has an impressive track record of successfully leading programs that support those with disabilities," said Linda Febles, President of the Board of Directors. "A proven industry leader, Ingoglia brings passion,
insight, and experience to our organization at the perfect time. With Ingoglia leading the organization, Adlib is primed to move into an exciting future of growth and innovation."
Ad Lib, Inc., founded in 1983, is a private, non-profit, community based, consumer controlled Independent Living Center. The Center provides independent living and specialized services for people with disabilities in Berkshire County. Ad Lib Inc. empowers people with disabilities to live more independently and have control of their own lives. Ingoglia and his new administrative team believe deeply in progressive and pro-active advocacy, enhanced community engagement, and taking a larger role in the Berkshire's civic involvement and philanthropic endeavors.
