PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The Berkshire County Historical Society invites writers and creatives to participate in Musing With Melville, a new program that allows writers and creatives to spend time in Melville's study and be inspired by the same views and atmosphere that inspired "Moby-Dick" and other works. Rossi. The play chronicles Melville's life from youth to old age, concentrating on his evolution as a writer and his complex relationship with God; his parents and siblings; his wife and children; and Nathaniel Hawthorne.
