BCC to Hold Annual Harvest Run

PITTSFIELD, Mass — Berkshire Community College (BCC)'s annual Harvest Run will be held Saturday, Nov. 1.   The event, led by Integritus Healthcare, includes a 5K trail run. New this year is a high school cross country invitational, offering a chance for Berkshire County high school students to compete on their own level.    Bib pickup begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Paterson Field House, located on BCC's main campus at 1350 West Street in Pittsfield. The 5K run begins at 8:30 a.m., and the high school invitational begins at 10:30 a.m.    The event includes a costume contest with the theme of Boomerang cartoons. Annual DZ24 Wiffle Ball Tournament Slated for Oct. 18

  PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The 6th Annual DZ24 Wiffle Ball Tournament and Raffle Fundraiser is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Oct. 18, at Deming Park in Pittsfield.    This event serves as a fundraiser for the Dave Zerbato Scholarship Fund, which provides financial support to graduating seniors from both Pittsfield and Taconic High Schools. BOSTON, Mass. – Taconic High graduate Jenyka Ostellino pulled a team-high 12 digs Saturday as the Berkshire Community College women’s volleyball team defeated Roxbury Community College in three sets.   Taconic’s Jasmin Aslan had a team-high four kills and Karen Amichiia led the way with seven aces for BCC in the 25-10, 27-25, 25-11 win.   BCC (1-1) is home on Tuesday at 5 p.m. against Bristol Community College.

Adult Hockey Tournament to Benefit Berkshire Humane Society

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The annual Berkshire Charity Draft Tournament is set to take place Sept. 13 and 14 at the Peter W.
